The long established 'guru' of ball technology, Robert is the inventor of many ball related patents and products.

As the founder of BSW Ballgrab, Bob has been designing and delivering Ball and Roller Engagement Mechanisms for over 24 years and has a proven ability to engineer specialised connection or handling solutions within very demanding timeframes.

Richard Taylor, Technical Director
With over 10 years experience in the design, manufacture and testing of a variety of offshore related products Richard has been responsible for bringing many of Balltec's innovative products to the market place.

Previously Design & Engineering Manager at BSW Ballgrab Richard has been involved in the design and development of ball and taper related products for several years.

Russell Benson, Project Director
Formerly Balltec’s Project and Quality Manager, Russell was appointed to the Board of Directors following his efforts in the successful implementation of Balltec’s Quality Management System and accreditation to ISO 9001.

Russell has been responsible for overseeing the successful completion of all Balltec projects to date and will continue this role in his new capacity as Project Director.
