Balltec Ltd are currently recruiting for the following positions at our Head Office
A full time administrator/ receptionist is required for an expanding company in Morecambe. Responsibilities include; answering the switchboard, helping with all customer requests in a polite manner, meeting and greeting visitors, scanning and filing documents, opening post, dealing with deliveries, booking couriers, booking travel and accommodation for staff, applying for visas, project administration, completing shipping documents, keeping all records up to date and any other ad hoc reception/ administrative duties.
Applicants must have strong communication and IT skills, excellent telephone manner and must be professional and well-presented.
This position would be full time at 37.5 hours per week, which would be Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700 with 1 hour for lunch. The salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
